(Items listed above are not included in hourly rental.  Each reservation gets 30 minutes before and after scheduled time to set up and clean up items brought for event.  See below for additional add on time for set up only.

 -Ceremony configuration set up and take down if in addition to luncheon/reception $200.

-Each reservation gets 30 minutes before and after scheduled time to set up and clean up items brought for event.  Additional set-up time (if there is not a booking in the hours before on the day of the event) $200/hr.

   -Additional Event Time after 10pm, Up to Midnight – $75/hr

 

Hourly Bookings 

$350/hr with a 2 hour minimum

• May only be booked 45 days before the date the event is booked for and held
• Includes 9 tables with 8 chairs per table
• Required $200 cleaning fee
• Optional: Full Table Set Up With Centerpieces $50 (table, 8 chairs, linen or table runner and centerpieces)
• Main space only (does not include cafe space)
