Hourly Bookings
$200-$350/hr (event type and guest count) with a 2 hour minimum
- May only be booked 60 days before the date the event is booked for and held
- Includes 12 tables with 8 chairs per table
- Required $300 cleaning fee
- Optional: Full Table Set Up With Centerpieces $200 includes table runner and centerpieces.
- Each additional table, chairs and decor $50
- Main space only (does not include cafe space). Cafe space draped off.

Additional Add On’s
-Ceremony configuration set up and take down if in addition to luncheon/reception $300.
-Alcohol Fee $500. Must provide a licensed in Utah bartender.
-Each reservation gets 2 hours before when available (night before or morning of event). Additional set-up time (if there is not a booking in the hours before on the day of the event) $200/hr.
-Additional Event Time after 10pm, Up to Midnight – $100/hr
